Thank you for considering me as the therapist to help you improve your current mental health. It can be difficult to find the right fit in a counselor, especially if you are trying therapy for the first time. I hope to ease that transition with my warm, genuine and non-judgmental demeanor. I am a person-centered, strength-based, and humanistic therapist. I look to help solidify what is good in a person and identify what can be modified in order to make someone feel more satisfied with their life. We will focus on what needs are most important to you as I create a custom treatment tailored to meet your mental health goals.
